TurnKey Internet, a competitive web service company and data center based in New York, recently announced that it is acquiring Hos PC, another web hosting company.  Host PC has a long, certified record of web hosting service, spread over 12 years, to serve its clientele of small and medium enterprises from its location in Schenectady, New York.  The acquisition will let TurnKey have brand extension to its already renowned stature.

“HostPC has been a leader in the web hosting industry, and remains the largest hosting provider offering DirectAdmin web hosting control panel,” stated the former CEO of HostPC, Joseph Mack “HostPC has trusted its network and server infrastructure to TurnKey Internet for years. TurnKey Internet presented a perfect fit to take HostPC to the next level.”

HostPC users will avail better performance, software additions and an improved, upgraded speed after the acquisition requirements are complete. HostPC will be enjoying good services at no additional charges. The new features will be: R1soft data safety backups, Softaculous auto installer, and options to have cPanel or DirectAdmin control over services. “Mr. Mack has done a great job over the years, and we’re thrilled to be able to bring HostPC into the TurnKey Internet family,” said the President and CEO of TurnKey Interne, Adam Wills.
