The poor quality domains have become the reason to quit trading with low budget business. 46 percent of the British consumers have decided to cancel such spending plans while 37 percent have rejected to shop at low quality websites. The research is conducted this year by a leading web host ‘1and1’. Small business portals are considered as unappealing by most of the consumers according to this latest study.
British consumers also have a complaint that such websites are not error-free. As each and every business is shifting to the virtual community, same is the case in United Kingdom.
Every business person across the town is in the race of launching their business on the website. As the websites are growing in numbers, the competition among the websites is also increasing to drag the maximum traffic. The study found very low level of satisfaction among the consumers regarding small business websites. The moral of the study is having a poor we quality websites negatively affect the business greatly and results into the massive decline in the revenue. The consumers spend their money and in response they expect quality and error-free content with all the necessary features.
